After being announced a couple years ago, and pushed back many times, Final Fantasy XIII finally gets a set release date!  Finally, fans of the Final Fantasy series will know when they will be able to play this game!  Japanese players will be able to play FFXIII on December 17th...lucky them!  The release date for both the UK and US is not too far off.  Gamers in both countries will be able to play the newest installment in the Final Fantasy series on March 9, 2010! 

According to Square-Enix president John Yamamoto, "We know that our fansbeen eagerly awaiting the next installation of the franchise –- ’Final Fantasy XIII’ will exceed all expectations. Coming simultaneously to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 for the first time, Final Fantasy XIII will be available to all players who are looking for the most immersive gaming experience of 2010."
