CHARACTERS and BACKGROUNDS

With a list of just over 30 this is one of the Biggest SC games made. With new souls Hilde (New For SCIV), Zasalamel and Tira both introduced in SC3 and EXCLUSIVELY ON THE PS3 Darth Vader (While the 360 gets YODA). The depth of detail on every character is absaloutly astonishing if you compare the to the SC3 models they have also recived a major overhaul in terms of looks. The character design for Vader is baesed on the new Star Wars Unleased game (DUE SEPTEMBER) and if what i have read is true the "APPRENTICE" is also to be made avalible in the game. the colours and vibrant and full of life markes everything feel more atmospheric and realistic. The backdrops for the game have also recived the next-gen touch up to make them feel more like real places and not just somthing out of a cartoon like in previous games. I thing the graphics on this game although next gen could be better but with no noticeable gltiches yet it plays good.

GAMEPLAY

The gameplay in this game is very similar to SC3 so it is very easy to pick up each characters moves which is good as all you really need to do is add one or 2 more button pushes to each "BIG" combo. Movement of each character in the game is very fluid and once your used to it easy to use to dodge attacks or execute moves. It would have been nice to find some vibration compatability and maybe SIXAXIS Functionability but alas none in sight :( but this does not spoil the gameplay much at all really just makes it more arcadey which is good in my mind.
